Remember, to maintain good health, brethren should follow God's law and pray, as well as practice good diet and exercise. Football fans will like this one. This is the Super Food Bowl--Super Foods vs. Junk Foods. This is a good video, although I don't agree with the mushrooms and spirulina being good foods, because they transgress God's plant laws.
